RP-469 OL-R

RP-469 OL-R is a high-oleic sunflower hybrid with a mid-season vegetative period ranging from 109 to 114 days. It is developed using Clearfield technology, which provides resistance to sunflower rust race H and allows effective control of weeds. The plants reach a height of 160-170 cm, exhibit uniform flowering, and demonstrate high drought tolerance, making this hybrid suitable for extensive growing conditions.

The hybrid is characterized by high oil content in the seeds—ranging from 47 to 54%, with oleic acid content reaching up to 92%, which significantly improves the quality of the obtained oil. The maximum yield of RP-469 OL-R can reach 5.9 tons per hectare. Additionally, the hybrid is resistant to major sunflower diseases such as white mold and phoma, contributing to a stable and high yield.

RP-469 OL-R is characterized by high initial growth energy and rapid moisture release, which facilitates harvest. The recommended sowing rate is 45,000 to 55,000 seeds per hectare. The head diameter reaches 21 cm, and the weight of 1,000 seeds is approximately 62 g. The high oil content of the seeds, reaching 49-50%, makes this hybrid attractive for the production of high-quality sunflower oil.
