REVENGE is a high-yielding sunflower hybrid with a mid-early maturity period, intended for oilseed production. This intensive-type hybrid is characterized by high ecological plasticity, enabling stable and high seed yields in various regions of Russia, including the Central Black Earth, North Caucasus, Middle Volga, Lower Volga, Ural, and West Siberia. The plant is of medium height, non-branching, with medium-sized leaf blades and a characteristic green color. The head is semi-turned downwards, of medium size, with narrow egg-shaped black seeds featuring faint grey stripes.
The REVENGE hybrid exhibits high tolerance to seven races of dodder (A-G), is resistant to downy mildew (race 330), and is tolerant to phoma. Under field conditions, it is not affected by verticillium, rust, or alternaria, significantly reducing the risk of yield loss. Additionally, the hybrid demonstrates moderate resistance to white mold. The optimal plant density at harvest is 50-55 thousand plants per hectare, which contributes to the maximum utilization of the hybrid's potential.
The potential seed yield reaches 38 centners per hectare, with a seed oil content of approximately 50%, ensuring oil collection of up to 1.7 tons per hectare. The average fat content in seeds is 46.2%, and the average oil yield is 9.0 centners per hectare. The hybrid responds well to high agronomic background, allowing for the effective use of modern cultivation technologies and achieving high yield indicators even under drought conditions.
