Sunflower PS 535

Focus on breeding stability

The PS 535 sunflower variety is the result of meticulous work by the breeders at Ooo Aktiv Agro, under the leadership of Vitaly Grigoryan and Marianna Sharygina. In a highly competitive market often dominated by foreign hybrids, this variety occupies a specific niche, providing solutions focused on predictability and adaptability to regional soil and climatic conditions.

Origins and breeding

The development of PS 535 is an example of focused selection aimed at preserving the genotypic advantages of the variety as a plant form. Unlike complex first-generation hybrids (F1), the use of varietal seeds provides farmers with more flexibility in planning their planting campaigns. The originators have prioritized resistance to typical regional stress factors, making PS 535 an attractive option for farms aiming to minimize risks associated with temperature fluctuations or moisture deficits.

Market positioning

For agricultural enterprises, choosing PS 535 from Ooo Aktiv Agro is a matter of economic efficiency. The variety demonstrates stable productivity indicators supported by years of breeder observations. Its use is justified in farms focusing on various cultivation technologies where obtaining commercial grain with specific quality parameters is paramount. Given the authorial control over the production process by Grigoryan and Sharygina, farmers receive material with guaranteed varietal purity and germination energy.
