Sunflower P64HE144 / P64GE144

Sunflower P64HE144 from the brand Pioneer is a high-oleic hybrid with a significant content of oleic acid — up to 75%. This mid-season hybrid with a vegetative period of about 117-118 days features high yield potential, reaching 50 centners/ha, as well as high oil content in seeds — around 52%. Due to these characteristics, it is an excellent choice for producing high-quality sunflower oil with improved properties.

Hybrid P64HE144 is adapted for use of the herbicide Express at a dosage not exceeding 50 g/ha, providing effective weed control with minimal impact on the crop. It exhibits resistance to major diseases such as verticillium wilt, fusarium, phomopsis, powdery mildew, and white mold. Additionally, the sunflower is resistant to five races of the parasitic weed chamomile (A-E), allowing cultivation on fields free from aggressive races of this pest. The hybrid also demonstrates high drought resistance (8-10 points) and tolerance to lodging, making it a reliable choice for various climatic zones.

Recommended growing regions include the forest-steppe, steppe, and meadow areas of Ukraine, particularly such regions as Dnipro, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kirovohrad, Luhansk, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Poltava, Kharkiv, and Kherson. For successful cultivation, it is important to avoid planting on fields infested with aggressive races of chamomile. Sunflower P64HE144 is supplied as original seed material with quality assurance, verified by the manufacturer and ensuring high efficiency during cultivation.
