Sunflower P64LE153 is a mid-maturing linoleic hybrid developed for cultivation using the ExpressSun® technology. This hybrid is characterized by high yield potential and is recommended for use throughout Ukraine, especially in the steppe regions of the Black Sea and Azov coasts. Plants are taller than average, highly drought-tolerant, and capable of withstanding stressful growing conditions, ensuring stable quantitative and qualitative crop performance.

Hybrid P64LE153 exhibits excellent resistance to a broad spectrum of sunflower diseases, including false powdery mildew, phomopsis, white mold of the head and stem, verticillium, and leaf wilting. Additionally, it is resistant to new pathogen strains and shows high tolerance to leaf, stem, and head diseases. Special attention has been given to resistance against the parasitic pest — sunflower moth races A-E+System II, enabling successful cultivation on fields with these races present; however, planting is not recommended on areas dominated by races G and higher.

Sunflower P64LE153 is adapted for use with the ExpressSun® herbicide technology, with a maximum single application rate of Express® 75 g per hectare. The recommended plant density at harvest depends on the moisture zone: 45-50 thousand plants per hectare under insufficient moisture and 50-55 thousand plants per hectare under sufficient moisture. The hybrid is characterized by high oil content and resistance to lodging and shattering, making it an attractive choice for agricultural enterprises focused on producing high-quality oilseed crops.
