Sunflower Hrand Maestro is a medium-early hybrid intended for cultivation with the herbicide Granstar and other triphenuron-methyl-based preparations. This hybrid is characterized by high yield, reaching up to 55 centners per hectare, and well-adapts to various soil-climatic conditions, making it an optimal choice for the forest-steppe and steppe regions of Ukraine. The vegetation period lasts approximately 105-110 days, allowing for a stable yield within medium-early terms.
One of the key features of Hrand Maestro is its genetic resistance to sulfonylurea herbicides, including Granstar, Express, and other analogs. This enables effective control of broadleaf weeds even after sunflower emergence, significantly simplifying agronomy and reducing costs for crop protection. Moreover, the hybrid exhibits resistance to downy mildew (A-G), drought tolerance, and cold resistance, enhancing its reliability and stability under various cultivation conditions.
Hrand Maestro also features high growth energy and resistance to lodging, which helps maintain the quality and quantity of the harvest. Thanks to its large kernel and high oil content, this hybrid is an attractive choice for producers focused on obtaining high-quality raw materials. Recommended for sowing in the steppe and forest-steppe zones of Ukraine, where it demonstrates stable high yields and adaptability.
