Sunflower HAIRY BEE

Consistency and Field Performance

The "Mokhnaty Shmel" sunflower, developed by the FANC Yugo-Vostoka (Federal Agrarian Scientific Center of the South-East), is a variety designed for farmers who prioritize yield predictability and simple management. In regions prone to agricultural risks, this variety stands out due to its inherent resilience.

Agronomic Highlights

The plant reaches a height of 150–160 cm, which facilitates efficient harvesting and minimizes losses during machine operations. Thanks to the rigorous selection process by the center, the variety exhibits strong adaptation to stress factors typical of arid environments, where more sensitive hybrids might underperform.

• The controlled stem height significantly reduces the risk of lodging under adverse weather conditions.
• High environmental plasticity ensures consistent performance across diverse soil types.
• Reliable genetic potential allows for precise planning of agrotechnical schedules.

"Mokhnaty Shmel" is an effective solution for operations practicing extensive or semi-intensive farming methods. It does not demand costly, specialized protection technologies, making it a commercially viable choice for those aiming to reduce production costs while maintaining high grain quality and marketability.
