Sunflower variety Buleria is an original hybrid of Spanish selection, intended for classical cultivation technology. This moderately-intensive variety has a medium-early vegetation period of about 105-107 days and high oil content, reaching up to 50%. Plants reach a height of approximately 160 cm, and the flower head diameter is about 23 cm with an inclination angle of around 75°. Seeds are black, available in standard and extra fractions, packaged by leading European seed companies, ensuring high quality planting material. Buleria exhibits high resistance to lodging and aggressive strains of downy mildew (from A to G), as well as to diseases such as Phomopsis and sclerotinia of heads and stems. Due to its high drought tolerance and adaptability to various climatic conditions, this hybrid successfully grows in steppe, forest-steppe, and meadow zones. Recommended planting density varies depending on soil moisture: 50-55 thousand plants per hectare under insufficient moisture, and 60-65 thousand plants per hectare under adequate moisture. The Buleria hybrid demonstrates high yield potential, reaching 55 centners per hectare, and consistently shows yields of 35-38 centners per hectare in different regions and years. Its vigorous early growth and resistance to adverse factors make this sunflower a profitable choice for farmers seeking a high-quality, stable yield with high oil content.
