AAS335

Sunflower AAS335 is a high-yielding intensive type hybrid recommended for cultivation in the Central and Northern Steppe, Forest-Steppe, and Polissia regions of Ukraine. It features high initial growth energy and medium plant height ranging from 146 to 175 cm, ensuring optimal crop development under various climatic conditions. The vegetation period is 108-112 days, allowing the hybrid to successfully adapt to regional characteristics and ensure a stable yield.

Hybrid AAS335 exhibits high resistance to diseases, including new races of downy mildew, as well as a unique combination of tolerance to diseases such as Phomopsis and sclerotinia, rated at level 8. The hybrid's drought resistance is rated at 7, making it a reliable choice for areas with variable moisture levels. The seed material is treated with a fungicide and additionally with the insecticide Cruiser, providing protection against pests and promoting healthy plant development.

Oil content in the seeds reaches a very high level — up to 53% — making AAS335 attractive for oil production. The hybrid's yield potential is rated at 9, and its yield stability is also high — 9 — confirmed by yields up to 5.5 tons per hectare under intensive agronomic practices. Recommended storage conditions for seeds: humidity 5-6% and temperature not exceeding 10℃, ensuring preservation of their sowing quality until the next season.
