Description Dolico
Dolico sunflower is a high-yield hybrid with high productivity potential, reaching approximately 50 centners per hectare. It features high oil content in seeds at 50-52%, making it attractive for oil production. The vegetation period is 108-112 days, providing flexibility in planting dates and adaptation to various climatic conditions, especially in forest-steppe and northern steppe zones of Ukraine.

The hybrid exhibits high resistance to major diseases such as fusarium, fusariosis, white and gray rot, sclerotinia, as well as lodging and herbicides. It also shows high drought tolerance, enabling successful cultivation under conditions of insufficient moisture. To achieve maximum yield, it is recommended to plant sunflower after good predecessors, provide full fertilization, and select fertile soils with optimal indicators.

Dolico is characterized by high initial growth energy and plasticity regarding planting dates. The optimal plant density at harvest varies depending on soil moisture and ranges from 43 to 50 thousand plants per hectare. Thanks to its qualities and adaptability, this hybrid is a reliable choice for farmers aiming to obtain a stable and high sunflower yield in Ukrainian forest-steppe and northern steppe zones.
