Sunflower Baxter is a simple hybrid of Ukrainian selection, specifically developed for the 'Clearfield' technology under EuroLighting. This medium-early hybrid with a vegetation period of 107-110 days features high yield potential up to 55 centners per hectare and oil content up to 50%, making it attractive for intensive linoleic oil production. Plant height reaches 170-180 cm, contributing to good adaptability to various growing conditions.

Hybrid Baxter exhibits high resistance to major diseases, including downy mildew (Peronospora) races A-F with genetic resistance to six races, as well as excellent drought and lodging resistance. These traits ensure stable yields even under adverse weather conditions and allow successful sunflower cultivation across various climatic zones in Ukraine.

Recommendations for growing this hybrid include using intensive production technologies with optimal seeding density depending on regional humidity. Seeds are packed at 150,000 per bag, which is convenient for planning planting operations.
