Description Amigo
Amigo hybrid sunflower is a plastic and high-yielding grain-type variety, registered in the State Register of the Russian Federation in 2019. It is characterized by early maturity with FAO maturity group 200 and average plant height of about 240 cm. The seed type is siliceous-toothed, with 28-29 seeds per row and 14-16 rows. The hybrid is resistant to stem rot and powdery mildew, ensuring stable yields and high seed quality. Yield potential reaches 135 c/ha, making it attractive for grain and silage use.

Amigo is adapted to various growing conditions, including zones with sufficient moisture (80–90 thousand plants per hectare) and zones with insufficient moisture (60–70 thousand plants per hectare). Due to its rapid moisture release at maturity, the hybrid allows efficient harvesting and reduces yield losses. The developer is the JSC "Galaktika", confirming high quality and innovative breeding approaches.

The Amigo hybrid also exhibits high resistance to adverse factors such as drought and diseases, confirmed by the use of fungicidal seed treatment and complex microfertilizer for seeds. This provides additional plant protection and contributes to achieving maximum yield. Amigo is suitable for cultivation in various climatic zones, making it a universal choice for farmers aiming to obtain stable and high sunflower yields.
