AMIGO — this is a high-yielding sunflower hybrid intended for seed and silage use. It belongs to the early-maturing group with a vegetative period of approximately 100-110 days and is characterized by plasticity, allowing successful cultivation in various climatic conditions. Plants reach an average height of 175 to 240 cm, have large flat heads with a semi-tilted shape, and black seeds of medium size with a crystalline-toothed kernel type. The oil content of the hybrid varies within 48-53%, ensuring high economic efficiency of cultivation. AMIGO exhibits high resistance to major sunflower diseases, including stalk rot, powdery mildew, phomopsis, as well as white and gray mold. The hybrid also demonstrates tolerance to races of *Aphelenchus* A-G+, significantly reducing the risk of yield loss. Additionally, the plant features a strong stem and good resistance to lodging, contributing to the preservation of yield quality and quantity even under adverse weather conditions. Rapid seed moisture loss at maturity facilitates harvest and reduces losses. Recommendations for growing the AMIGO hybrid include optimal planting density ranging from 60 to 90 thousand plants per hectare depending on the moisture zone, enabling maximum yield potential up to 135 centners per hectare. The hybrid is adapted to ExpressSun™ technology, ensuring high productivity when using modern agronomic technologies. It is recommended for cultivation in various regions, including Central Chernozem, North Caucasus, Lower Volga, Middle Volga, West Siberian, Ural, and Central regions, confirming its versatility and reliability.
