Description Mirage
The sugar beet hybrid 'Mirage' is a medium-maturing agricultural crop with a vegetation period of about 150 days. The plant is characterized by its low height and green leaf blade, while the root crop has an oval-conical shape and is buried in the soil for two-thirds or three-quarters of its length. This hybrid is distinguished by stable yield and high juice quality, making it in demand in various regions.

'Mirage' demonstrates high yield: in the Central region, it reaches about 71.3–82.5 tons per hectare, with sugar content in the root crops ranging from 18.2% to 20.4%. Sugar output reaches 14.5 tons per hectare, indicating high sugar content and processing efficiency. In the North Caucasus and West Siberian regions, yield is somewhat lower, but the hybrid maintains good indicators of sugar content and stability.

Special attention is paid to the disease resistance of 'Mirage': it has medium resistance to cercosporosis, ramularia, and powdery mildew, as well as low resistance to rhizomania. Moreover, the hybrid is characterized by high drought resistance, which allows it to be successfully grown in various climatic conditions. A healthy leaf apparatus and high juice purity make this hybrid attractive to farmers seeking a stable and high-quality sugar beet crop.
