Sugar beet of the Andante variety is characterized by high yield potential and sugar content. The root has an oval-conical shape and is deeply lodged in the soil at 85%, which contributes to its good storage quality. Due to its well-developed root system capable of absorbing water from depths up to 2.5 meters, the variety shows good drought resistance and maintains productivity under adverse climatic conditions.
