RAT S 02

RAT S 02 is an early-maturing soybean variety (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) intended for cultivation in the Central Chernozem and North Caucasian regions. The plant is indeterminate, of medium height, with purple flowers and yellow seeds featuring a dark brown hilum. The vegetative period lasts 113 days, with the mass of 1000 seeds ranging from 143 to 151 grams. The variety is characterized by high yield: average yield in the Central Chernozem region reaches 22.2 centners per hectare, while in the North Caucasian region it is 21.1 centners per hectare, with maximum yield indicators in individual farms exceeding 35 centners per hectare. Seeds contain a high level of protein (from 38.8% to 42%) and fat (around 19%), making this variety attractive for agronomic purposes and soy product production.

RAT S 02 soybeans are distinguished by good adaptation to growing conditions and stable growth, ensuring reliable results upon sowing. The plant has reddish-brown pubescence on the main stem and lanceolate-lanceolate lateral leaflets, which contribute to its resilience and healthy development. Thanks to early flowering and uniform ripening, the variety is suitable for regions with a short vegetative period and allows for effective use of agro-technical resources.
