Opus

Opus soybean variety is an early-maturing, high-yielding variety with a vegetative period of 95 to 115 days, ensuring rapid maturity and the possibility of harvesting within a short time. Plants have a height of 75 to 110 cm, with upright growth habit and gray-brown hairs on the main stem. The variety is adapted to various soil types and exhibits indeterminate growth, which contributes to stable yield formation.

Opus has a high yield potential, reaching 4.34 t/ha (55-60 c/ha), and high protein content — about 46% — making it especially valuable for producing high-protein products. The oil content in the seeds ranges from 19.8-21%, corresponding to the medium-oil type. Seeds have an average size, yellow seed coat color, and light hilum color matching the seed. The 1000-seed mass varies between 185-195 g.

The variety is resistant to wilting, lodging, nematodes, and phytophthora, ensuring reliability during cultivation. Recommended planting density is 650-750 thousand seeds per hectare, with optimal row spacing of 12.5 to 50 cm. High resistance to cracking and stable attachment of the first pod at a height over 12 cm contribute to maintaining yield and quality. Opus soybean is intended for grain use and combines high productivity with excellent raw material quality.
