Sowing and Field Placement

For uniform emergence, the soil must warm up to +10…+12°C. The optimal sowing window occurs when the risk of late frosts is minimal. A target plant density of 550,000 to 600,000 plants per hectare at harvest is recommended. Row spacing of 15–30 cm ensures optimal nutrient distribution and allows for effective early-stage weed control.

Management by Growth Stages

• Emergence to Branching: This is a critical period for weed management. The use of pre-emergence herbicides is essential, as the crop is sensitive to competition during early development.
• Flowering to Pod Filling: ALLIDEA is highly responsive to moisture availability during this phase. In case of water deficit, foliar application of micronutrients (boron, molybdenum) is recommended to improve pod set and yield stability.
• Maturation: The hybrid exhibits excellent lodging resistance, facilitating efficient direct harvesting with minimal losses.

Soil requirements: The hybrid performs best on well-structured, aerated soils with a neutral pH. On acidic soils, nitrogen fixation efficiency drops significantly, making liming a mandatory preparation step for fields intended for this hybrid.
