Description NOVATOR 151
NOVATOR 151 is a sorghum-sudangrass hybrid that combines the best qualities of both crops and is intended for grain and fodder production. This crop is characterized by high resistance to unfavorable conditions, including drought and high temperatures, which makes it particularly valuable in regions with hot climates and limited water supply. Due to its biological features, such as a low transpiration coefficient, waxy leaf coating, and small cell structure, NOVATOR 151 efficiently uses moisture and maintains green mass even during dry periods.

The NOVATOR 151 hybrid boasts high yields: the grain produces significantly more than corn, especially in dry years, while green mass can reach 1200-1400 c/ha. With irrigation, it is possible to obtain 2-3, and sometimes even 4 cuts of green mass per season. Leaves and stems maintain greenness and juiciness until grain maturity, ensuring excellent qualities for silaging and feeding animals. After mowing, the plant quickly regrows and continues to vegetate until autumn frosts.

NOVATOR 151 is versatile in use: it is suitable for obtaining grain, silage, green mass, hay, and grass meal. Additionally, after several cuts, grazing for livestock can be organized using the residues. The hybrid requires fertile soils and responds well to irrigation, which allows significantly increasing yields. Thus, NOVATOR 151 is an effective and economical solution for fodder production in various agro-climatic conditions.
