Khameleon

Chameleon is an early-ripening perennial sorrel variety with a pronounced taste and aroma. The period from full germination to the first harvest is 50 days, making it attractive for quick yield. The leaves have an elongated obovate shape, dark green color with burgundy veins and petioles, and a weakly wavy edge. The leaf tissue is juicy, ensuring a pleasant taste in fresh form.

The mass of one plant ranges from 25 to 50 grams, while the yield over the growing season reaches 4.8–5 kg/m². Due to the high density and quality of leaves, the variety is ideal for sale at the fresh market, as well as for canning. The leaves retain their taste and aroma even after processing, making them in demand among chefs.

Chameleon grows well both in open ground and in hydroponics, allowing it to be grown year-round. The variety is also widely used for microgreen production due to its fast growth and rich taste. This makes it a versatile product suitable for both home consumption and commercial cultivation.
