GRINGO is an early-maturing sorrel variety that can be harvested just 40‑45 days after sowing. Thanks to its rapid growth and compact plant form, it reaches maturity quickly, making it ideal for frequent harvesting.
The leaves of the GRINGO variety have an elongated oval shape, about 15 cm long and 7–8 cm wide. They are dark green, smooth or slightly bumpy, with a neat edge, giving them a tidy appearance. Petioles grow in an upright loose rosette, with lengths ranging from 11 to 24 cm and widths from 0.4 to 0.6 cm.
The variety can survive and develop in one place for up to five years, making it valuable for a long-term garden plot. After wintering, the sorrel grows back quickly: from the start of growth to the first harvest takes only 15‑25 days. Usually, the package contains one gram of the product, but in the garden, you can collect a significantly larger harvest thanks to the variety's resilience and high productivity.
