SENEZH is a mid-season celery variety that reaches market maturity 105 days after full germination. The leaf rosette is semi-erect, about 41 cm high, with medium-sized, dark green leaves with a smooth surface. The plant petioles are of medium length, thin, and without anthocyanin. The mass of one plant is approximately 160 grams, which ensures good green yield — from 1.8 to 2.1 kg per square meter.
This celery variety is distinguished by its good taste qualities and aroma, making it a versatile ingredient in home cooking. SENEZH is widely used fresh and frozen, while maintaining its taste properties and aroma. It is excellent for adding to soups, side dishes, salads, as well as meat and fish dishes, giving them a characteristic spicy flavor.
Sowing seeds for seedlings is recommended in late February — early March, and planting in open ground — in May at a scheme of 30x50 cm. SENEZH variety seeds are adapted to the climatic conditions of Russia, have high germination and disease resistance, which ensures a reliable and stable harvest.
