Beetroot "Children's Love" is a mid-early variety with a period from germination to harvest of 90–110 days. The root has an oval-round shape, light yellow color, and weighs up to 500 g. The flesh is creamy-yellow, dense, juicy, and gives the fruit a pleasant taste.
The variety is characterized by high cold-hardiness: it maintains quality even during long-term storage, making it convenient for food supply throughout the year. The internal composition is rich in proteins, B-group vitamins, rutin, starch, fiber, mineral salts, and pectin substances.
Beetroot "Children's Love" is widely used both fresh and after boiling or braising. Due to its content of useful components, it is recommended for obesity, hypertension, atherosclerosis, kidney diseases, and constipation.
