Strawberry Divna

The DIVNA strawberry is a universal medium-ripening variety with large berries weighing from 15 to 40 grams. The berries have a slightly elongated shape, sometimes rectangular, with bright red, shiny skin that acquires a dark cherry hue at full ripeness. The flesh is light red, dense, juicy, and aromatic, with a pronounced taste combining sweetness and a slight tartness reminiscent of the aroma of meadow strawberry. The weight of the fruit at the beginning of the season can reach up to 35 grams, and by the end of the season the berries become smaller and may acquire whimsical shapes.

The bushes of the DIVNA variety are powerful, tall, yet compact and well-leaved. The plant forms a large number of multi-ovary inflorescences and an average number of runners, which contributes to intensive reproduction. The variety is characterized by high resistance to diseases, including verticillium wilt and gray mold, and also has immunity to fungal diseases. In addition, the strawberry tolerates drought well, which makes it suitable for growing in southern regions, and demonstrates good winter hardiness.

DIVNA is distinguished by high yield — from one plant you can collect up to 800 grams of berries, and under favorable conditions the yield can reach up to 1 kg. Berries retain their market appearance for a long time, which makes the variety in demand for both fresh consumption and processing, including drying and freezing. The fruits contain a significant amount of sugars, acids and vitamin C, which ensures not only a pleasant taste but also useful properties. The DIVNA variety lives up to its name thanks to its excellent taste and aroma, making it an excellent choice for gardeners and strawberry lovers.
