The Smalle Raspberry variety is a unique hybrid obtained by crossing the Novosti Kuzmina and Balzama varieties. This variety is characterized by high yield and universal suitability, making it an excellent choice for fresh berry lovers. The berries are conical in shape and have a rich raspberry color; the average weight of one berry is about 3.3 grams, with some specimens reaching up to 5.2 grams. The berry pulp is tender and juicy, with a distinct dessert flavor and aroma reminiscent of wild raspberries, which is highly valued by gourmets. Smalle raspberry bushes reach a height of about 170 centimeters and have characteristic L-shaped one-year-old shoots with a waxy coating and a light purple tint. The leaves are of medium size, green in color, slightly hairy and moderately curled, while the thorns, which are greenish-brown, are located primarily on the lower part of the bush. The variety has high frost resistance, allowing it to be grown in various climatic conditions without special effort. The Smalle raspberry ripening period falls in July, and the yield reaches 84 centners per hectare, indicating the high productivity of the variety. Thanks to its taste qualities and resistance to adverse conditions, Smalle raspberry is suitable both for fresh consumption and for processing. Growing this variety does not require complex care, making it accessible to gardeners of different experience levels.
