Minotaur

Minotaur is a high-yielding winter rapeseed hybrid recommended for cultivation throughout Ukraine. It has a medium-late maturity type and medium-late flowering, with plant height reaching 165-175 cm. The yield potential is 55-60 c/ha, with seed oil content reaching 48.1%. The hybrid is characterized by intensive early growth and rapid autumn development, which contributes to successful rooting and winter preparation.

One of the key advantages of Minotaur is its high cold tolerance and drought resistance, ensuring stable yields under various climatic conditions. The hybrid exhibits high tolerance to major rapeseed diseases such as cabbage yellows, phoma, and sclerotinia. Additionally, it shows very high resistance to pod cracking and lodging, which reduces yield losses and improves product quality.

Minotaur responds well to growth regulation during the 6-8 leaf stage and up to row closure, with low tendency to elongate the growth point. The hybrid is suitable for late sowing and short-term delays, making it convenient for various agronomic schemes. All these characteristics make Minotaur a reliable choice for farmers aiming to achieve high-quality winter rapeseed yields.
