MENTOR — this is a high-yielding winter rapeseed hybrid developed for cultivation across the entire territory of Ukraine. It features a medium-late maturity and flowering period, as well as plant height ranging from 165-175 cm. The hybrid is characterized by intensive early growth, rapid autumn development, and moderate spring growth, ensuring good adaptation to various climatic conditions. MENTOR is not suitable for early sowing dates but performs well with late sowing and is resistant to short-term stand loss.

One of the key features of MENTOR is its high winter hardiness and resistance to various stress factors. The hybrid exhibits high drought tolerance, very high lodging resistance, as well as high tolerance to diseases such as sclerotinia and phoma. Additionally, MENTOR is resistant to cabbage aphid, making it a reliable choice for farmers facing this issue. The hybrid also demonstrates good resistance to pod cracking and weak tendency to stem elongation.

MENTOR responds well to growth regulation during the 6-8 leaf stage and up to row closure, allowing effective control of plant growth and increased yield. The oil content of the hybrid is 48.1%, and its potential yield reaches 55-60 ц/ha. It is recommended for cultivation on acidic and waterlogged soils, expanding its applicability under various agronomic conditions.
