German breeding company Limagrain Europe introduces the LG Adrenalin rapeseed hybrid, officially entering the Ukrainian market in 2026. This F1 hybrid is engineered for adaptation across a wide range of soil and climatic conditions, covering the Steppe, Forest-Steppe, and Polissya zones. Its key feature is high plasticity, which helps mitigate risks associated with unstable moisture levels.

Agronomic Recommendations

• Sowing Dates: The optimal window for sowing falls within the early to mid-season ranges typical for the specific agro-climatic zone. It is essential to ensure uniform emergence before critical temperatures arrive, allowing the plant to develop a robust root system and a rosette of 8–10 leaves.
• Planting Pattern: The recommended density at harvest is 40–50 plants per square meter. When sowing within optimal timeframes, the lower limit can be maintained; for late sowing, the seeding rate should be increased to compensate for reduced branching.
• Soil and Nutrient Requirements: The hybrid is highly responsive to intensive fertilization. Special attention should be paid to providing available nitrogen during the spring regrowth phase and boron during the budding phase. Soils should have a neutral or slightly acidic pH; on acidic soils, the efficiency of nutrient uptake drops significantly.
