Kalinovsky is a mid-early winter rapeseed hybrid developed by the breeding company KWS for the Clearfield technology. It has a high yield potential, reaching up to 60 centners per hectare, making it an attractive choice for farmers aiming for stable and high yields. Rapeseed is characterized by rapid autumn development, which facilitates successful adaptation and growth during the early vegetative period. The hybrid is distinguished by high drought and winter resistance, enabling it to successfully withstand adverse climatic conditions. Additionally, Kalinovsky is resistant to pod cracking and seed shattering, reducing harvest losses. Plants have medium to high height, intensive branching, and high oil content, enhancing the quality and economic value of the product. The recommended seeding rate is 400–500 thousand plants per hectare. Rapeseed Kalinovsky is ideally suited for cultivation in various agroclimatic zones of Ukraine, including Polissia, Forest-Steppe, and Steppe. This crop not only ensures high yields but also improves soil structure, promotes crop rotation, and has cleansing properties. Rapeseed is widely used in industry for the production of biodiesel, food products, textiles, and metallurgy, making it a versatile and in-demand agricultural crop.
