Rapeseed Cedrik

Yield stability with the Cedrik hybrid

When selecting a rapeseed hybrid for intensive farming, agronomic adaptability is key. The 'Cedrik' hybrid from 'RVA Ukraina' is a simple linear hybrid engineered for producers who prioritize risk mitigation against pathogens and adverse environmental factors.

The primary goal of this hybrid in crop rotation is to ensure consistent performance, even in fields with challenging phytosanitary backgrounds. Unlike varieties prone to rapid immunity loss, 'Cedrik' exhibits robust resistance to a complex range of diseases, specifically:

• Cladosporiosis;
• Viral plant diseases;
• Viral mosaics;
• Powdery mildew.

The practical application of 'Cedrik' is most beneficial for farms aiming to minimize fungicide usage. Due to its genetic resistance to the aforementioned pathogens, farmers can significantly save on pesticides without sacrificing grain quality. This makes the hybrid an economically sound choice for cultivation in regions with high humidity or high risk of fungal outbreaks.

Upon planting, 'Cedrik' shows excellent germination energy, which is critical for achieving uniform emergence under unpredictable autumn moisture conditions. The hybrid responds well to intensive fertilization technology, allowing for efficient conversion of inputs into yield increases. In field conditions, the plant displays a powerful root system, ensuring resilience and stability throughout the vegetation period until harvest.

If your agricultural strategy is built on reducing chemical load without compromising profitability, 'Cedrik' is a reliable tool to add to your portfolio.
