Aliot

Aliot — an early-maturing winter rape variety, distinguished by high frost resistance and adapted primarily for cultivation in southern and eastern regions of Ukraine. The plant reaches a height of approximately 162-165 cm and has a long vegetation period exceeding 300 days. The variety is characterized by high resistance to lodging, shattering, drought, and pod cracking, ensuring a stable yield even under adverse conditions. The yield potential is 45-56.7 c/ha, making it attractive for farmers seeking high-quality and high-yield crops.

A distinctive feature of the Aliot variety is its double-zero hybrid status, which guarantees a low erucic acid content (0-0.1%), positively affecting the quality of the obtained oil. Oil content in seeds reaches 46.9%, and protein content — 24.2%, enhancing the market value of the product. The variety also demonstrates good resistance to major diseases such as bacterial blight, powdery mildew, alternaria, and clubroot, reducing the risk of yield loss and the need for frequent treatments.

To protect Aliot rape crops, seed fungicide treatment is recommended. This enhances plant resistance to diseases and ensures healthy crop development. High oil content and protein levels make this variety especially valuable for producing high-quality oil.
