Korrel

The winter rapeseed hybrid Korrel is a high-yielding variety designed for conventional cultivation. It is distinguished by high winter hardiness and resistance to early frosts, ensuring reliable germination and plant development even under challenging climatic conditions. Plants reach an average height of about 172 cm and are characterized by a medium-early maturity period, enabling effective planning of agronomic activities.

Korrel has a high yield potential up to 60 t/ha and contains a significant amount of oil — 44.2% — making it attractive for oilseed production. The hybrid is resistant to lodging and shattering, and exhibits high resistance to pests and diseases, including rape podborer, bacterial blight, and powdery mildew, with resistance ratings of 7.6–9 points.

Korrel seeds are coated with the combined seed treatment Modesto Plus, which contains active substances protecting against diseases and pests, promoting successful germination and plant development. The recommended sowing rate is 450–500 thousand seeds per hectare; each package contains 1.5 million seeds. The hybrid is grown in France and is adapted to various cultivation conditions, making it a versatile choice for farmers seeking a stable and high-quality rapeseed harvest.
