SNEZHOK

Radish of the Snezhok variety belongs to mid-season crops with a growing period from mass shoots to technical ripeness, which is 30-35 days. The leaf rosette is semi-raised, which provides convenience for harvesting. Root vegetables of this variety have an oval or obovate shape, white or slightly creamy color with thin skin. They are even in size, medium, weighing from 19 to 30 grams, while two thirds are immersed in the soil, which contributes to their uniform development and protection against external factors.

The pulp of Snezhok radish is snow-white, dense and delicate, characterized by high juiciness and excellent taste with a slightly spicy flavor. This variety is rich in vitamins, making it a healthy and nutritious product. Thanks to its structure and taste, Snezhok radish is widely used fresh, suitable for salads and other culinary dishes.

The variety has good yield — up to 2.5 kg of root vegetables can be harvested from one square meter.
