Krumka radish is an early-maturing hybrid of Dutch selection that is characterized by high adaptability to various climatic conditions and cold resistance. Thanks to proper agricultural techniques, the first harvest can be obtained already 20-22 days after seedling emergence. This variety is distinguished by high resistance to diseases and damage, as well as the absence of hollows in root crops even when they outgrow. Plants have a compact leaf rosette, which allows them to be planted more densely and save planting area. In addition, Krumka is not prone to forming stalks with flower stems, which contributes to stable formation of root crops.
The root crops of Krumka radish have a smooth, round shape with an intensively red skin and white, dense, very juicy flesh with medium flavor sharpness. The size of fruits in a mature state reaches 3-4 cm, and with good care can increase to 5-6 cm, while the average weight is 25-30 g, and large specimens can weigh up to 40-45 g. Radish is well transported and stored for a long time, maintaining freshness for up to one month in the refrigerator.
