ROSE FAIRY

Rose Fairy is a variety of large-fruited pumpkin, characterized by its bright pink-cream coloring and original fruit shape, resembling a fez with a ribbed surface. The fruits weigh from 2 to 4.5 kg, and with proper care, can reach a weight of up to 18 kg. The pumpkin skin is thin and glossy, while the flesh is dense, bright orange, sweet, and practically fiberless, making it particularly attractive for various culinary purposes.

This variety is medium-early and early-maturing, with a maturation period of 95 to 110 days. The plant is long-vining and robust, capable of bearing a high load — up to 5-6 fruits on one plant. Rose Fairy boasts high yield and resistance to powdery mildew, which facilitates its cultivation and enhances crop quality.

The Rose Fairy pumpkin is versatile in application: it is recommended for fresh consumption, use in home cooking for preparing soups, main dishes, jams, and candied fruits, as well as for processing into juices. Thanks to the dense flesh, the fruits store well and retain their taste qualities for a long time during freezing. Sowing seeds is recommended in April for seedlings with subsequent planting in open ground in May-June, or directly in open ground at the end of May – beginning of June.
