ISABEL

ISABEL is a variety of soft winter wheat intended for obtaining high-quality grain used in the baking industry. The variety is characterized by ultra-early maturity with a vegetative period from 203 to 238 days, which allows for its effective use in various climatic conditions of the North Caucasus region, including the Rostov Oblast and the Krasnodar Krai. Plants have an average height from 70 to 95 cm, a short stem, and a semi-erect bush, which ensures resistance to lodging and convenience in agrotechnical care.

One of the key advantages of the ISABEL variety is high winter hardiness and frost resistance, as well as increased drought resistance, which makes it a reliable choice for regions with variable weather conditions. The variety demonstrates medium resistance to brown rust and susceptibility to some leaf diseases, such as septoria and leaf spots, which requires careful monitoring and timely protection of crops. The mass of 1000 grains varies from 40 to 47 grams, indicating the size and quality of the grain.

ISABEL is distinguished by high yield, with a potential indicator of over 100 centners per hectare, and the average yield in the region is about 56.2 centners per hectare.
