The variety's drought resistance is above average, and lodging resistance is high, ensuring crop stability under various climatic conditions. In addition, 'Bashkirskaya 12' has high resistance to Septoria and moderate resistance to snow mold and powdery mildew, which helps reduce crop losses from diseases. The average vegetative period of the variety is from 207 to 312 days depending on the region, allowing its use in various agro-climatic zones, including the Volga-Vyatka, Urals, North Caucasus regions, as well as Rostov, Kurgan, Nizhny Novgorod, and Orenburg regions, and the Republics of Bashkortostan, Mari El, and Karachay-Cherkessia. The yield of the variety is high and reaches an average of 42.4-61.2 c/ha, exceeding the indicators of standard varieties. Baking qualities of the grain are evaluated as good and satisfactory, making 'Bashkirskaya 12' a promising choice for agricultural production and processing.
