The plant has medium to high stature with semi-upright growth and medium to large green or dark-green leaves. Tubers are elongated-oval in shape with small or moderately deep eyes, yellow skin, and light-yellow flesh. The marketable tuber mass ranges from 86 to 125 grams, with starch content of 16.7–17.6%, ensuring good flavor and high product quality.

The yield of Lady Sarah variety ranges from 210 to 360 centners per hectare, with maximum yields reaching 425 centners per hectare, corresponding to top standards. Tubers have a marketability of 86–93% and storability of 95%, indicating high product preservation during storage. The number of tubers per plant varies from 7 to 14, contributing to stable and high yields.

Special attention is given to the variety's resistance to diseases and pests. Lady Sarah exhibits high resistance to potato cyst nematode (Globodera rostochiensis), golden potato cyst nematode (Globodera pallida), and leaf curl and mosaic diseases. These traits make the variety a reliable choice for cultivation under various climatic conditions, ensuring stable yields and product quality.
