Golden Stream

The 'Golden Stream' pepper variety is a fast-maturing hybrid developed in Ukraine, characterized by high yield and excellent flavor. Plants are bush-type, 80-90 cm tall, with compact bush shape, making care and cultivation easier. Fruits ripen uniformly in clusters of 6-8, reaching a weight of 40 to 170 grams depending on growing conditions. They have a rich golden-orange color, cube-shaped or oval form, and dense flesh about 7 mm thick, which is juicy and aromatic. Sugar content in the fruits is approximately 5%, and there is also an increased carotene content, making them not only tasty but also nutritious.

The 'Golden Stream' variety is resistant to temperature fluctuations and many infectious diseases, allowing cultivation both in open ground and in greenhouses. In southern regions, it performs well on open beds, while in the middle belt, it is recommended for greenhouse cultivation with two-stem formation and trellising. Seedlings are transplanted at 60-70 days of age with a density of 3-4 plants per square meter. Plants require regular watering, loosening, weeding, and fertilization to achieve maximum yield.

The fruits of the 'Golden Stream' variety are versatile in use: they are excellent for fresh consumption, light thermal processing, whole-fruit canning, and juice preparation. The harvest has good storability and transportability, does not crack during transportation. Thanks to its decorative qualities and bright color, this variety will be a decoration for any garden and table, pleasing both the eye and the palate.
