Pepper GOLDEN NATURAL

Technical Profile and Morphological Features

The 'Samorodok Zolotoy' (Golden Nugget) pepper, developed by the Sedek agricultural firm, is a result of selective breeding by A.N. Lukyanenko and his team. This cultivar is engineered to provide a stable mid-early harvest, demonstrating significant adaptation to varying climate conditions typical of its Russian origin.

Agronomic Indicators

• Vegetation Period: 100–110 days from germination, positioning it firmly within the mid-early maturity segment.
• Fruit Specifications: The conical shape and 100–120g weight range make it an ideal choice for both fresh market demand and industrial processing.
• Pigmentation: The transition from technical green to biological orange maturity signifies a high accumulation of carotenoids, enhancing the flavor profile and nutritional value.

Cultivation and Practical Application

The botanical structure of this pepper is versatile, engineered for successful performance in both open fields and professional glass greenhouse environments. The conical geometry ensures balanced fruit distribution, minimizing branch stress during heavy fruiting. The wall thickness is optimized for durability, ensuring high quality during transport. To reach the genetic potential of 120 grams per fruit, proper plant training and light management are highly recommended during the peak growing phase.
