GUARDEE

GUARDEE — a medium-maturing hybrid of sweet pepper (Capsicum annuum L.), intended for cultivation in open ground and under plastic coverings. Plants are semi-spreading, of medium height (about 80 cm), and require support. From germination to technical maturity, it takes 120-125 days. Fruits have a cube-like shape, drooping and highly glossy, weighing 220-250 g with wall thickness of 8-9 mm.

Fruits of the GUARDEE variety are characterized by rich flavor and a bright pleasant aroma. In technical maturity, they are dark green, and in biological maturity — dark red. The plant simultaneously sets 8-10 fruits, ensuring high yield: under plastic coverings, yield reaches 7.3-10 kg per square meter, in open ground — 5-6 kg per square meter.

This variety is versatile in application: fruits are recommended for fresh consumption and are suitable for all types of culinary processing and canning. Due to their large size, thick walls, and excellent taste, GUARDEE is an excellent choice for both private households and commercial cultivation.
