BURNING NOSE

Hot pepper "Burning Nose" is a medium-maturing, large-fruited hot pepper variety intended for cultivation both in open ground and under plastic coverings. The plant is determinate, semi-spreading, reaching a height of 70-80 centimeters. Fruits are clustered, have an elongated-conical shape and glossy surface. In technical maturity, they are green, and in biological maturity — red.

The average fruit length is 9-10 centimeters, weight varies from 10 to 30 grams, and wall thickness ranges from 3.5 to 7 millimeters. The pepper has a strong spicy aroma and sharp taste, making it popular in culinary applications. Yield of the variety can reach 3.5-4 kilograms per square meter.
