DREAM OF THE HOUSEWIFE

The "Dream of the Housewife" pepper variety is a medium-maturing, indeterminate bush-type variety that reaches biological maturity 105-110 days after germination. Plants grow to a height of about 80 cm and require mandatory staking and pinching for proper formation and maintenance of yield. The recommended planting scheme is 60x35 cm, which ensures optimal conditions for growth and development of bushes.

The fruits of this variety have an elongated-conical shape and weigh 35-40 grams. In the technical ripening phase, they are green, and upon reaching biological maturity, they turn bright red. The pepper is characterized by a harmonious combination of aroma, pleasant taste, and moderate spiciness, rated at 5-6 points on the heat scale. The yield of this variety is approximately 5 kg per square meter, making it quite productive.

The "Dream of the Housewife" variety is versatile in use: its fruits are suitable for fresh consumption, as well as ideal for pickling, canning, and preparing spicy powders and sauces. Medium-sized, cream-colored seeds ensure a good yield per plant and good storage life. The rapid fruiting makes this variety convenient for cultivation and use in cooking.
