Description BEAR
Bear pepper is a large-fruited sweet pepper with big, standard cube-shaped fruits measuring about 10x10 cm and weighing approximately 250 grams. The fruits have four lobes and sometimes a slightly elongated shape. Their walls are thick and juicy, providing a crisp texture and excellent flavor. Even when green, the pepper is pleasant to taste, but when fully ripe, it becomes especially sweet and juicy due to its high sugar content and rich fruity paprika aroma without any spicy or bitter notes.

Bear pepper plants grow to about 80 cm in height and feature a strong structure. They start producing fruit 75-85 days after transplanting. Due to the significant weight of the fruits, branches are recommended to be supported to prevent breakage. This variety has high yield, making it attractive for both personal and commercial cultivation.

This pepper is excellent for fresh consumption, as well as for making pepper relish and other autumn preserves. Its large, juicy, and sweet fruits will be an outstanding addition to various dishes, imparting rich flavor and aroma.
