Avant-garde — a high-yielding, mid-early variety; technical maturity occurs on day 115-125, biological maturity — on day 150 from sowing. The plant is indeterminate, strong-growing, semi-spreading, reaching 250-300 cm in winter greenhouses and 150-180 cm in plastic greenhouses. Fruits are downward-curving, prismatic, large, three-chambered, weighing 350-450 g, measuring 14-17×9.5-10 cm, with pericarp thickness of 6-7 mm; green in technical maturity, red in biological maturity. Distinguished by high productivity (yield up to 17 kg/m²) and excellent taste qualities. Resistant to tobacco mosaic virus. Intended for extended cropping in winter glass and plastic-covered heated greenhouses. Planting density: 3 plants/m².
