Description STARDUST OF THE EAST RED
Stardust of the East Red — an early, large-fruited sweet pepper variety with a vegetative period of 95–110 days. Plants are semi-determinate, strong, 50–60 cm tall, with a semi-spreading form. Leaves are dark with slight wrinkling. Fruits are cube-shaped, thick-walled, four-chambered, weighing 200–250 g, 12–14 cm long, and 10–12 cm in diameter at the stem attachment. Their surface is smooth and glossy, color intensely red at biological maturity. Wall thickness is 7–8 mm, flesh juicy and succulent.

The variety has a balanced, rich, and harmonious flavor without bitterness, with a subtle spicy aroma. The pepper contains high levels of sugars and vitamin C, making it beneficial for human health. Thanks to its comprehensive resistance to diseases, cold tolerance, and ability to adapt to low light conditions, this variety consistently yields a good harvest under various conditions.

Stardust of the East Red is suitable for both fresh consumption and canning. It has an excellent appearance, good transportability, and storability, making it popular among farmers and consumers.
