Pepper Orange Boss

Reliable Yields of Meaty Bell Peppers

"Orange Boss" by Spark Seedz is a strategic choice for producers focused on the fresh market, where fruit density and market appeal are paramount. With a maturity period of 55–65 days, this hybrid falls into the early-ripening group, which is crucial for capturing early-season market premiums.

Cultivation and Yield Potential

This pepper shows excellent adaptability in both open field conditions and greenhouse environments. Due to its blocky shape and 4-lobed structure, the fruits are highly suitable for both manual and automated sorting, maintaining integrity during transportation. A wall thickness of 8–9 mm makes the variety resistant to long-term storage, providing flexibility in post-harvest logistics.

• Weight and Sizing: Consistent 200–250 gram fruits with dimensions of 10–12x6–7 cm create a uniform harvest flow.
• Market Application: An ideal choice for retail chains and the HoReCa sector. High pulp density ensures minimal moisture loss during storage.
• Cultivation Advice: Optimized for intensive farming. Strong foliage cover provides reliable protection against sunburn, which is particularly beneficial for southern regions in open-field settings.

By selecting "Orange Boss," growers gain a predictable, high-quality result: large, heavy, vivid orange peppers with excellent flavor profiles, highly demanded by consumers throughout the entire season.
