Bell pepper Mullet F1

Reliable Yields in Open Field Conditions

The «Mulat F1» pepper by VNIISSOK is the choice for agronomists focused on predictability in open-field cultivation. This hybrid has proven itself as a robust tool for producing high-quality sweet peppers, where climate resilience and synchronized harvesting are critical factors for success.

Agronomic Features and Practical Use

• Ripening Stages: The transition from technical (deep green) to biological (dark red) maturity allows growers to schedule harvests for early green-market sales or wait for full red-stage development.
• Fruit Geometry: The trapezoidal shape of the «Mulat F1» makes it ideal for automated sorting and efficient packing, significantly reducing mechanical damage during logistics.
• Agricultural Strategy: This hybrid is perfectly suited for commercial farms supplying the fresh produce market. The thick walls of the fruit ensure excellent shelf life, providing flexibility in marketing and the ability to hold product for better pricing.

Field experience shows that «Mulat F1» performs exceptionally well under intensive cultivation practices. The plants respond positively to drip irrigation and balanced fertilization, allowing the grower to maximize fruit weight potential. Because of its uniform trapezoidal shape, the variety is highly valued by processors and retail chains, as the peppers are easy to process and fit standard packaging requirements perfectly.
