High Fly

Hot pepper High Fly F1 is an ultra-early, high-yielding hybrid developed by the South Korean seed company Nong Woo Bio. The plant is strong-growing, vigorous, and densely leafy, with intense fruit set, arranged in clusters and pointing upward. The hybrid develops well even under stressful growing conditions and positively responds to regular moderate watering. In addition, it is resistant to typical solanaceous diseases, which simplifies care and increases crop reliability.

The fruits of the High Fly pepper have an elongated-conical shape with rounded tips, reaching 6-7 cm in length and up to 1 cm in diameter, with each fruit weighing about 7 grams. In technical ripeness, they are dark green, while in biological ripeness, they turn into a bright, rich red. The flesh is dense and has a characteristic slightly bitter taste, containing a significant amount of dry matter, making them especially valuable for various processing methods.

This hybrid is ideal for culinary use, canning, and drying, as the fruits retain their color during drying. They withstand transportation and long-term storage well, making High Fly pepper popular both on fresh markets and for industrial processing.
