Kondor

Condor pepper is a medium-early to medium-maturing variety of sweet pepper, suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in plastic greenhouses. The plant is moderately leafy, which promotes good growth and fruit formation. This variety is characterized by high fruit set and commercial quality, making it attractive for industrial cultivation and commercial use.

The fruits of the Condor pepper have a conical shape and weigh between 130 to 160 grams, reaching up to 220 grams under protected ground conditions. They have very strong walls with a thickness of 5-7 mm, ensuring excellent storage and transportability. In technical maturity, the fruits have a yellowish-green color, while in biological maturity they turn into a vibrant red, allowing harvest at different stages of ripening depending on requirements.

Due to its characteristics, the Condor pepper stores well under optimal conditions, extending its market life and reducing losses during transportation. This variety is suitable for both large greenhouse complexes and small farms, as well as for individual cultivation, ensuring a steady and high-quality yield of sweet peppers.
